Dear guests!    

In order not to disturb their rest, please read and follow our policies! By occupying the accommodation, the guest declares that they have read and accepted the policy!

Arrival Departure:

​

• On the day of arrival, guests can occupy the room from 14:00, or leave by 10:00 on the day of check-out. Upon arrival at the apartment house, the guest is obliged to present and hand over to the owner of the apartment house the personal documents required for registration with the tourist office (passport / identity card) and to pay the apartment owner the remaining amount of the holiday. 

• Guests can only book the apartments after paying the full accommodation fee and the tourist tax for all planned nights, according to the local government regulations.

Stay / Number of people

• Only persons and guests can stay in the apartment house and in the yard part belonging to it  who are in the reservation  indication  have been registered and registered with their identity documents. In the apartment and to the guest house  area / yard  guests do not have the opportunity to receive visitors. In the event of any problems related to this subject, the owner of the apartment house has the right to terminate the contract and interrupt the holiday for the guests staying there.  Please observe to avoid inconvenience.

Doors and windows  

​

• Please allow ventilation only during their stay on site! Especially when using attic windows! When you leave your room, please always close the doors and windows! Smoking

​

Barbecue

•   In our yard, grilling and cooking are allowed, with the provision of extinguishing agents and compliance with all fire regulations. After grilling, please extinguish the embers! We do not provide the wood and charcoal needed for baking, everyone has to buy it themselves. If required, one day in advance, the necessary supplies will be provided for a fee.  Please clean the grill and its surroundings after use and hand it over properly  please, in that condition  as they were taken over.

• The owner reserves the right not to accept scandalous guests who do not comply with the policy, or to oblige the guest house to leave immediately. Immediate ban on the apartment will result in undue and uncultured behavior, loudness, disturbance of the peace of the rest and rest of the community (especially listening to music outdoors, singing, other noisy activities after 22:00) to ensure the peace of guests and neighbors. , in the apartment and the attached courtyard  It is forbidden to listen to music or listen to music between 10 pm and 8 am.     Use of yard

• In the yard there are bicycles, scooters,… etc. please refrain from using toys to protect vehicles parked there!  The yard  children of our guests, under the sole supervision of their parents, may use it at their own risk and for their intended purpose. The owner of the guest house is not responsible for any accidents related to the play equipment. If any damage occurs, the person causing the damage must compensate it immediately!

Air conditioner

​

•   Use of air conditioning only in the apartment house  during the stay, behind closed windows and doors is allowed. Please note the intended use!  Air conditioning unit  operation  it is interrupted centrally by the owner in the event of a breach of the above. If  15 minutes before returning to the accommodation, the landlord will switch on the air conditioning!

Pet

​

• Pets only with the consent of the apartment owner for a fee  you can stay in the guest house! It is strictly FORBIDDEN to leave pets unattended in the guest house!  You cannot use sofas, beds or other furniture in the presence of your owner! The owner is fully liable for any damage caused by pets, which must be reimbursed before departure.

Transfer :

​

• On request for a fee, on arrival, departure or for a restaurant or excursions at the same time  max: up to 6 people  we can provide a transfer. If they demand the service, then min. contact the landlord two days in advance.

Cleaning :

​

•   Weekly cleaning and linen change are standard in the rooms. As needed

      A different cleaning policy can be requested for a fee. Please have this kind of need  

      at the latest  notify the hotel on the day of arrival.

Washing :

​

• Clothes can be washed at a pre-arranged time for a fee! If you need an iron, we can provide it free of charge on request!                           

• Guests are fully liable for any damages resulting from improper use of the guest house, damage or violation of the policy, the amount of which will be determined by the landlord and must be reimbursed to the landlord prior to departure!

• The owner of the apartment house is always mindful of the comfort and relaxation of his guests. They are happy to provide you with any problems, information…, etc. in case of. Please feel free to contact us! Please contact the owner of the apartment house for any quality or other comments regarding the apartment house.

• Camera in the yard of our guest house  van  equipped to monitor only the entrance (gate) of the property.

• By using the accommodation, it goes without saying that the guest is familiar with the policy and that he or she agrees to the terms and conditions and considers it binding on himself and his minor children! Any complaints will be considered if they are reported during your stay. Subsequent complaints will not be accepted.
